Frontend Developer

At Western Capital Mortgage I architected and delivered the end-to-end Employee Dashboard including the Admin Panel. I owned the technical design and full-stack implementation using React, Express, Python/Flask and MongoDB, and integrated Dropbox and Calendly to streamline document storage and meeting scheduling.

My experience of working with WCM was amazing, I worked directly with the co-founder to validate workflows and product requirements, taking complete ownership of the project through the software development lifecycle. The role strengthened my technical leadership and also provided valuable exposure to sales and product strategy.

From the time I joined PhotoDr, I have made significant contributions in terms of building WhatsApp AI Agent Integrated with the Custom CRM for the PhotoDr tie up dental clinics, gained valuable knowledge of Product Pre-Marketing, building and scaling product reliably and efficiently at low cost in initial phases directly from the Founder and Co-Founder of PhotoDr: Adam and Shakir.

The project itself was unique and innovative for me because I hadn't work around WhatsApp APIs and with such type of automation. But I have taken the full ownership of project by following the Software Development Life Cycle properly (which eventually make impossible things to possible).

And it was a really great experience to work on this project with the Founder and Co-Founder of PhotoDr: Adam and Shakir.

Artificial Intelligence Engineer

During my internship I built the backend of an AI-powered chatbot using Python, Langchain, Flask, ExpressJS, Microsoft Azure and Redis, integrating OpenAI APIs (GPT-4) and the text-embedding-ada model for vector embeddings. The chatbot uses a RAG architecture to answer healthcare questions more accurately — specifically those Members (Subscriber / Patient) ask.

I worked closely with the Product Manager, Amit Singh, which helped me learn and implement features, and I picked up key Product Development and Product Management lessons from Senior Director Suhas Wankhede during team meetings at the Simplify Healthcare office.

The project gave me hands-on knowledge of Generative AI, LLM-based intelligent agents, Langchain, NLP, Machine Learning, fine-tuning models, RAG pipelines, REST APIs, API integration, and vector database integration for building scalable, real-world AI solutions. I gained solid AI/ML experience and learned enterprise-level product development stages.

In this internship, I increased my writing and communication skills, and know how to write effective blog posts in Social Media more effectively.
