As an Envato author, I designed, developed, and supported premium WordPress themes from concept to launch. I managed the full product lifecycle, including market research, product planning, UI/UX design (from sketch and PSD mockups), and end-to-end code implementation. Development involved integrating modern frameworks and third-party libraries, creating custom plugins to extend theme functionality, optimizing performance, and ensuring compatibility with a variety of hosting and plugin environments.

I also handled ongoing theme maintenance, updates, and feature improvements based on user feedback and market trends. In addition, I provided direct customer support, assisting users with technical inquiries, customization guidance, debugging, and best-practice recommendations to ensure successful theme deployment. This experience strengthened my product-driven development approach and my ability to translate user needs into high-quality WordPress solutions.

At Alkalab (now Feedier), I worked as both a Support Engineer and WordPress Developer for their widely used WordPress-based intranet solution. I provided technical support to help customers deploy, customize, and troubleshoot the platform across a variety of environments. As a 2nd-Tier Support Engineer at WP Media, I provided advanced technical support for WP Rocket, focusing on performance-driven WordPress environments. My responsibilities included mentoring and assisting 1st-Tier Support Agents, offering guidance on technical cases, and helping improve team knowledge and workflows. I also developed custom helper plugins and code snippets to extend WP Rocket’s functionality and resolve advanced use cases.

In addition, I created and updated internal technical guides and contributed to public documentation to ensure users and support teams had clear, accurate, and up-to-date resources.

At OnTheGo Systems, I provided advanced technical support for WPML, helping users resolve complex multilingual website challenges across a wide variety of WordPress environments. This involved deep troubleshooting, compatibility investigation with third-party themes and plugins, performance analysis, and guiding users through best practices for multilingual site architecture.

In addition to support, I contributed as a developer by building and enhancing internal WordPress-based tools used by the support team. My work included implementing new features, improving internal workflows, and maintaining code quality standards to optimize operational efficiency.
