The annual cultural fest organized by the students of NITW. Worked with Quality Control and Management since the department's inception in Springspree (2015). Played a crucial role in shaping the processes and objective of QCM over 3 years. QCM owned functions like - 1) Ticketing and Sales 2) Quality Assessment and shaping events 3) Documentation 4) Public Relations with stakeholders of festival 5) Ensuring transparency and other tasks that require dynamic decision making 6) Feedback surveys Being a QCM coordinator, I had the privilege to shape the fest from the formation of this year's team, ensure funds are not misused by the students, provide learning opportunities for upcoming batches, enhance my critical thinking ability (in dire situations which was pretty frequent tbh) and engage with stakeholders of the festivals from within and outside the Institution.
