Technovation Summer School For Girls is an event organised by GRACE - ICMC USP, with the goal to teach girls aged 8 to 18 innovative methods and creating skills for the conceptualisation, development and commercialisation of mobile applications (apps) that help solve community problems.

On the 2022 edition, we had over 60 participants and I was invited again to give a lecture and a workshop on Design Thinking in order to kickstart the teams' projects by helping them to explore the problem space and to define the most important issues for working on solutions.

As a Product Manager, I manage the Experiences Squad, which is responsible for developing all platform and design oriented features. I am mainly responsible for:
 - Understanding and contributing to the overall strategy of the product and business
 - Customer and Product Discovery
- Defining and prioritising the squad backlog
- Synthesising and documenting user research to help shaping product solutions, ensuring that clients, users and business needs are captured in the roadmap's direction.
- Defining the product roadmap

I am also responsible for the whole design strategy of the product, including: 
- The holistic user experience design
 - Interaction and visual design
 - Running internal and external usability tests for every feature prior to development
 - Spearheading the platform's redesign
 - Creating and developing a new design system for the platform, in close collaboration with platform Engineers, establishing a process and best practices related to documenting and expanding 

Product Designer and Product Manager

As Guest Lecturer, I am co-responsible for the conception, teaching and student evaluation in the module called "Product Discovery and Customer Development", which is part of the Innovation & Lean Startup MBA offered by ITI. 


At Yieldify, I am the sole Product Designer and I am responsible for developing and improving the end to end design process. I work in close collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, Services, Leadership and clients to constantly improve Yieldify's B2B platform, deeply oriented around the value it brings to clients, users and our client's customers, aligned with the business needs and goals. 

I am mainly responsible for:
 - Understanding and contributing to the overall strategy of the product and business
 - Customer and Product Discovery (continuously collaborating with product managers, services and engineers to set up a discovery process and follow it through)
- Synthesising and documenting user research to help shaping product solutions, ensuring that clients, users and business needs are captured in the roadmap's direction
 - Facilitating cross-team and collaborative workshops to identify problems and opportunities as well as exploring and prioritising solu

Product Designer

At Sigalei, I was the lead product designer and I worked in close collaboration with the product, sales, CS, strategy and data teams to constantly improve the digital product, deeply oriented around the value it brings to the customers and users aligned with the business needs and goals. 

I was mainly responsible for:
 - Understanding and contributing to the overall strategy of the product and business
 - Customer and Product Discovery (continuously collaborating with the product manager and engineers to set up a discovery process and follow it through)
- Synthesising user research and business data to help shape the product roadmap, ensuring that both the users and business needs are captured in the roadmap's direction
 -  Facilitating cross-team and collaborative workshops to discuss and visualize what each of these perspectives looks like.
 - Running experiments to test solution hypothesis
 - The holistic user experience design
 - Interaction and visual design

Catalyst is a project that aims to help people who want to transition to a UX design career or want to learn design methodologies to improve their skills through a structured learning journey. As Co-founder, I help the team design the structure and the content of the workshops.

I was a mentor of the "Innovation" module of the  Innovation, Technology and Business Innovation MBA offered by ITI. In this course, I am responsible for supporting the lecturers during the synchronous activities, helping the students with their questions and giving feedbacks to their practical activities.

During this period, I was responsible for making sure that the whole ONOVOLAB team was trained to use design methodologies. 

I co-developed a project to lead the team in order to create and develop new product/services for the company. 

I was also responsible for producing written content about design and innovation for ONOVOLAB's blog.

Product Designer and Facilitator

I co-managed and delivered a product/service called LAB, which is our own version of the Design Sprint, developed by my partner and I, adding data analysis and impact/effort measurement to it. 

I was mainly focused on developing and implementing design methodologies in small and large companies in order to discover and validate business models, product ideas and business strategy.

I also built prototypes and conducted user testing and research in order to test and validate business and product hypothesis.

I was also responsible for running experiments to iterate the product/service and making sure that all activities happen on schedule and follow a structured process.
