BrowserGateway is an intelligent router for cloud browsers.
It enables you to route Puppeteer, Playwright, Stagehand, browser-use, and any MCP client across various browser providers such as Browserless, Steel, Browserbase, Lightpanda, or your own Chrome instances. This offers unparalleled freedom and flexibility at scale.BrowserGateway provides a free tier for Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) routing, supporting up to 10,000 sessions per month on cloud providers. Alternatively, you can self-host the open-source version.
Key Features:

Gateway: A single endpoint that routes across every browser provider, offering automatic failover, persistent profiles, session replay, and an MCP server.

Cloud: Provides access to every browser provider behind one endpoint, with free routing on your own provider keys up to 10,000 sessions per month. Features include recording, observability, and overage draw from a prepaid credit wallet.

Enterprise: Offers demand-based autoscaling for self-hosted browser fleets, running within your VPC with offline licensing.

Technical Capabilities:

Routing: Supports multiple routing strategies including priority chain, round-robin, least-connections, latency-optimized, and weighted distribution.

Failover: Automatic failover ensures zero downtime if a provider goes down, with TTL-based cooldowns and auto-recovery.

AI Agent Support: Includes an MCP server with 8 browser tools for AI agents, enabling navigation, screenshots, interaction, and evaluation without setup.

Persistent Sessions: Sessions can survive crashes by capturing cookies, localStorage, and IndexedDB, allowing them to be replayed across providers.

Session Replay: Provides a full timeline for every session, capturing frame-by-frame replays for debugging and analysis.

Compatibility: Works with CDP, Playwright protocol, and WebDriver BiDi, forwarding any WebSocket protocol.

BrowserGateway is designed for developers seeking robust, flexible, and scalable browser infrastructure solutions.
