At Helpshift, I started with designing productivity tools for Customer Support teams. 

📈 Real-time Operations, a real-time dashboard for Supervisors to monitor Support Issue Queues, Backlog, and Agent performance. 

🗒️ Then I worked on Quick Replies. As the name suggests, these are pre-formatted and personalized replies for repetitive problems that Agents can quickly find and send. 

😊 I moved on to design Custom Bot Interactions and Bot Builder Interface for solving basic and repetitive parts of a Customer Support Issue. I primarily focused on branching the conversation flow based on user reply or other parameters and enabling 3rd Party API interactions via Helpshift Custom Bots.

🈳 Then I moved on to solving a very interesting problem - End-to-End Localisation of the Customer Support conversation. Product Designer

As a product designer at HackerEarth, I led design efforts for HackerEarth Recruit, a SaaS application allows technical recruiters to conduct online programming tests and remote interviews to hire tech talent in an effective manner. 

Being the only designer in a small team, my role involved user research, conceptualization, wireframing, visual design, working closely with the engineers, tracking data and leading multiple iteration cycles.

Within a span of 3 months, I designed key components of user onboarding, graph search and programming challenge pages, and worked closely with the engineering team to implement the designs.

At Layer, we set out to design Github for spreadsheets. The focus was on rethinking collaborative spreadsheet workflows while providing complete control and transparency to the spreadsheet owners.

I was responsible for redesigning granular sharing of spreadsheet data and enabling the spreadsheet owners to assign Tasks to their collaborators.

IMG is a student body at IIT Roorkee that builds and manages applications for making the life of students and professors easier. Have been working as UI/UX designer and lead a team of 50 intellectually sparked minds, including 10 designers.
