Running Claude Code, Codex and OpenCode across several projects? It is easy to lose track of what you asked where, and which tasks actually finished.VibeiDE is a desktop app built around one rule: one task, one terminal, one fresh session, and nothing counts as done until you have reviewed it.
How it works:
- Each project has its own colour and its own task queue, so you see at a glance which task belongs where. Edit or reorder waiting prompts. A task starts when its provider has a free slot, with a parallel limit per provider.- Resume any task at any time. Every task keeps its saved provider conversation, so a follow-up continues where it stopped instead of re-explaining the context. Failed, cancelled or interrupted tasks can be retried from the terminal pane.- Codex and Claude Code run in embedded terminals with their original CLI interface. - Finished tasks wait for your review: check the diff, then commit or push in the app. Optionally, each task gets its own Git worktree, so tasks never clash.- Plan council: one agent drafts a plan, the other reviews it before you implement.- See provider-reported usage
Two ways to watch your agents:
- Grid: every running task's terminal side by side, for when you want to read and type.- Office: a 3D studio where each agent works at its own desk with a live task card above it. Click a desk to open that terminal.
Private by design:
- Phone control, end-to-end encrypted. Pair your phone with a QR code and a matching six-digit code. It gets its own keys and unlocks with a passkey (Face ID, Touch ID or screen lock). Every command is encrypted and signed, and our relay only passes sealed messages it cannot read or alter. A restricted mode is the default for anything started from the phone.- Local voice input. NVIDIA Parakeet TDT 0.6B v3 runs on your own computer, on the CPU, using about 800 MB of RAM while loaded. No audio leaves your machine, and even phone recordings are transcribed by your computer. Off by default, 25 European languages detected automatically. It uses your own CLIs and provider accounts and does not bypass provider limits.I built it for my own daily work after my job moved from writing code to reviewing what agents write. Honest feedback welcome. (bonus) Level up your office: every reviewed task earns XP, and each level upgrades your office (1 office = 1 project), from better desks and monitors to a champion trophy, with 117 trophies to collect. macOS (fully validated), Windows (supported), Linux (experimental). Free 14-day trial that starts when you first sign in, no card.
