I am the first Google student ambassador of Delta State University, Nigeria. My job as a GSA (Google Student Ambassador) is to:
1) Represent Google in my school.
2) Organise training events where I would train students on computer science and or digital marketing skills.

Results:
1. Built a team of 10, distributed across the two major campuses in my University  - Oleh and Abraka Campus.
2. Planned 3 Training events and trained about 350 students in Digital Marketing
3. Formed a Google Student club with over 30members
4. Encouraged club members to participate in Google Online Marketing Challenge (GOMC). We had three teams of 5 members each and I was captain of one of the teams. All 3 teams came out strong. The next year after I had graduated, one of the teams participated in the competition again.
5. Mentored a few students, who have gone to pursue Freelance and career opportunities in Programming and Digital Marketing.

I am in charge of the Media and Publicity department. Thus, My job description is to ensure that our website (www.cfireal.org) and all social media channels are running and up to date and every event or announcement of the head office or chapters are publicized effectively. I also oversee the media and publicity departments of all chapters.
