Regimen is a specialized Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software designed specifically for independent oncology and infusion centers.

Comprehensive Regimen Management: Unlike standard EMRs that only store a medication list, Regimen meticulously stores the chemotherapy regimen, including the scheme, dose normalized to body surface area, and the detailed administration record. This ensures that critical treatment protocols are accurately documented and accessible.

Streamlined Workflow: The software is engineered to optimize the daily operations of a clinic. It aims to reduce the time spent by doctors recalling patient history during consultations and by nurses searching for lot numbers, allowing healthcare professionals to focus more on patient care.

Integrated Patient Data: Patient records, diagnostic information, and treatment plans are consolidated in one accessible location, providing a holistic view of the patient's journey.

Traceability and Compliance: Regimen includes a regulated medication-administration log at the batch level, crucial for traceability and compliance in medical treatments.

Long-Term Reliability: Developed and tested over six years, Regimen is a trusted system used in professional clinics, offering a stable and dependable solution for practice management.

Dedicated Support: The company emphasizes long-term support, assuring centers that they will be looked after indefinitely.

Regimen addresses the gap where essential treatment details, like the precise regimen and administration logs, are not fully captured by general EMR systems. It aims to solve common pain points such as the patient needing to repeat their history, nurses searching for drug details, and claims being rejected due to missing information. The goal is to ensure the 'book' around the medicine is written, not just the patient's chart.
