The Bottom Line have recently just launched the brand new website for Centrick Property, a midlands based property group. Combining big imagery, static navigation, responsive design and best of all parallax scrolling the site is big on impact. Not only does the site look fantastic but the functionality and content is also something to talk about. 60 minute valuation, arrange a call back, save properties to your favourites and arrange a viewing are just a handful of quirky features that sets Centrick apart from their competitors. The Bottom Line have also designed and managed Centrick Property's marketing collateral. This includes their marketing folders, business cards, branded (The British Notebook Company's) notebooks, guide for landlords/tenants booklets, compliment slips, email footers and information inserts. Having project managed the website and marketing materials from start to finish, both The Bottom Line and Centrick Property are pleased with the results so far!
