FlowMock is a hosted proxy that sits in front of a team's staging API, letting anyone - including non-developers - put the app into a specific API state without writing mock code or changing the backend.

Built it after building worse versions of the same thing at several different companies.

- Response overrides as UI toggles, so manual QA can drive them
- Isolated sessions, so several testers share one proxy URL without colliding
- Live traffic view, so a developer can see the exact requests behind a bug report
- Capture real responses once and replay them, so test data can't be wiped
- Scenarios replay headless in CI
