Responsible for design strategy through to shipping and optimising product on a ~$15bn+ YouTube Ads brand auction advertising product portfolio, spanning the full advertiser journey from discovering and selecting the most appropriate campaign type, through creative asset production, campaign creation and buying, to measurement and optimisation. A large, matrixed organisation. Under my leadership the team delivered: - The new Google AI-powered Video Reach and Video View brand awareness and consideration campaigns, simplifying the video advertising campaign portfolio from seven fragmented campaign types to two goal-based campaigns. Featured prominently in the Google Marketing Live keynotes. - Contributions towards the launch of the new Demand Gen conversion campaign, and the advertiser migration experience strategy from Video Action Campaigns through to deprecation.
