Project: AbsCrypt — a cryptographic system for protecting files and folders.
• Developed a proprietary post-quantum encryption algorithm, resistant to attacks by future quantum computing systems, and built application software around it for encrypting files and folders.
• A team of 3 delivered a large volume of work on tight timelines — from algorithm research to a finished user-facing product.
• Owned the product and business side: application design, testing, go-to-market strategy.
• 2nd place at Astana Hub Battle 2019.
• The project became the basis for raising the first investment into the US parent company, Chariot Technologies Lab, Inc. To date the company has raised over $2M at a $40M valuation.

Менеджер по реализации проекта

Project: an AI system for solving complex mathematical and physical problems.
• Launched the project from scratch: problem definition, research of approaches, prototype of the AI system.
• Responsible for development and testing; coordinated the team.
• The project was carried forward at Fintech Systems.

Руководитель проекта

Project: an AI system for solving complex mathematical and physical problems, and a web service built on top of it.
• Brought the AI system to a working state and built a web service around it — from architecture to launch.
• Led the project: development, testing, planning and team coordination.
• The work behind this service became the foundation of the Extella platform (extella.ai), now developed by Chariot Technologies Lab, Inc.

Development of skills for the Extella AI platform.
• Designed and built executable skills — modules that extend what agents can do: connecting external tools and APIs, processing files and data, automating repetitive workflows.
• Work at the intersection of AI and Python: defining skill logic, implementing it, and debugging against real tasks.
• Tested skills on practical use cases and refined them so solutions could be re-run without manual setup.
• Hybrid format, working alongside the product and engineering teams.

Project: PHORM (phorm.to) — generation of print-ready 3D models from a photograph or a text description.
• Building a pipeline that reconstructs full 3D geometry from a single image or text prompt and automatically brings the mesh to a watertight state: closing holes, fixing normals, resolving non-manifold geometry.
• A separate use case is repairing existing models: the user uploads a broken STL, GLB or 3MF file and gets back a slicer-ready result.
• Vendor-neutral export to STL and 3MF — files work in Bambu Studio and print on FDM machine. Output is optimized for the Bambu Lab machines.
• Responsible for product and business development: user journey design, feature prioritization, monetization model, go-to-market.
• The product is in open beta; new accounts receive free generation credits.

Founder

Co-founder of the US-registered company (Delaware). The team grew from 3 to 7+ people.
• The company has raised over $2M in investment at a $40M valuation.
• Responsible for product and business direction: development priorities, monetization model, go-to-market strategy, investor relations.
• Current focus is Extella (extella.ai), an AI task execution platform. Unlike chat assistants, the system does not describe a solution — it carries it out: connecting models, GitHub repositories, Hugging Face, libraries and external APIs, assembling the pipeline a task requires, and saving each successful solution as a reusable tool.
• The platform supports multi-agent teams with isolated contexts, works with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI and Qwen models as well as local ones via Ollama, runs on macOS, Windows and Linux, and exposes a REST API.
• Earlier the team built AbsCrypt, a post-quantum file encryption system; Maria System, a data analysis and visualization application; and Maria Adviser,
