Built an infra observability & alerting platform (Python, AWS CloudWatch, Kibana, Slack) — designed a metrics collector polling CPU, memory, latency, and connection health across DB/Redis/RDS, with a two-interval threshold analyzer to filter transient spikes from real anomalies, cutting incident response time by ~40%.
Designed structured alerting and trend analysis — built an alert engine pushing Slack/email notifications with service name, breached metric, and threshold vs. actual values, and integrated Kibana dashboards for historical trend analysis to support faster root-cause diagnosis.
Built an automated code review & merge-gating pipeline (Jenkins, Bitbucket webhooks, Python, Bash) — scans only changed lines in PRs against configurable security/style rule sets, blocks merges until checks pass, and attaches validation reports directly to PRs, reducing production defects by ~35%.
Designed the rules engine for extensibility — new lint/security rules added via config with no pipeline

• Led end-to-end design and delivery of Swiggy's first unified Food + Instamart gifting flow across complex UOMS systems.
• ~80% POD→UPI conversion uplift: Designed Pay with QR — a low-latency real-time polling payment flow with safe state transitions, eliminating floating-cash issues at scale.
• 2.5K–5K iOPD uplift + 7s faster p90 order time: Built the Food Discovery service + Databricks pipeline publishing 15M+ records in <15 minutes for Modular Cart.
