🔍 Case Study: Market Entry Strategy for a Global Beverage Brand Program: BCG – Introduction to Strategy Consulting (via Forage) As part of the BCG virtual experience, I worked on a simulated consulting case where I was tasked with helping a global beverage company decide whether to enter the Brazilian market. Key responsibilities included: Conducting a market attractiveness analysis using available economic and consumer data. Applying the BCG matrix and SWOT framework to assess potential risks and opportunities. Developing a go/no-go recommendation based on profitability projections, competitive landscape, and customer insights. Presenting findings in a structured executive summary to mimic real client deliverables. ✅ This experience strengthened my ability to break down complex business problems, interpret market data, and think strategically under pressure—core skills in the consulting world.
