Joined the Backend Engineering team and actively contributed to developing, testing, and maintaining various services that cater to a user base of 400k+ MAU.

Designed and developed notification system, feed system from scratch leveraging various tools such as Redis, Stream-feed, etc considering the future scalability factor.

Seamlessly integrated AI into workflows using OpenAI and Hive API for creation of content and moderation of Feed respectively. Dealt with all the failure cases, rate limits and applied exponential backoff retry mechanism.

Built internal dashboards end-to-end for business & strategy team which simplified and automated multiple manual tasks such as student verification, assigning rewards, campaign tracking and management.

Took ownership for tasks, collaborated with the team for code-reviews, feature and system design discussions and closely worked with Founder, CTO, Seniors and Designers to understand business requirements & brainstorm new ideas.

Build fully customisable, reusable and responsive UI components, used those across 2 web-apps while building and adding features on top.

Integrated 3rd party vendor APIs (Signzy, IDFY) for customer identity verification such as Aadhar, PAN, and GST, seamlessly incorporated them into the business logic.

Designed and Developed a centralised customer reminder system that leveraged WhatsApp campaigns to effectively engage with the users.

Implemented a Cost-Effective and Scalable system using AWS tools - SQS, DynamoDB, Lambdas, where we automated the business onboarding process by CA. Saved users significant amount of time that would have been spent on manual onboarding processes.

Being a founding engineer I came across various aspects of product development at early stage organization.
