Bridges Cambodia International (BCI) is a orphanage where I spent time volunteering first as an English teacher. But when I started look into the organization I realized that they were in need of update regarding their processes and documentation system. On the days I worked as an teacher and spent time with the kids and on the evenings and nights I worked with reconstruct the business processes and figure out a better way of document the volunteers activities and also the kids progress in school. The goal was to make sure that the volunteers easier could follow up earlier volunteers activities and progress for a better hand over between the volunteers but also for creating a better continuous education and progress for the kids. I also started a smaller campaign to collect donations for the orphanage to buy in more school material and support the improvement I was working on.
