As technical co-founder at Higharc, I helped bring the company from a slide deck to $10m ARR, a $53 million series B, and over 100 employees. During this time, I played dual roles in software implementation and engineering management. I was involved in all aspects of software design and implementation of the Higharc web platform, including responsibility for design and implementation of Higharc Studio, an in-browser home design tool capable of producing permit-ready construction documents. This work included all aspects of software design, including low-level decisions on the geometry kernel, editor infrastructure, and graphics. In addition to this, I was the primary manager of the engineering team and held a wide range of engineering management responsibilities. I helped developed the hiring process, sourced candidates, and generally designed the engineering organization, which is no >25 people.
