I came on board as Project Director and Technical Lead at Changingday from their starting up in 2020. My responsibilities included recruiting the team; establishing all company processes and systems for team and project management etc; recommending and acquiring all necessary hardware, software, and tools; steering our first project through from concept development, research, design, implementation, and publishing.Changingday are working to build virtual reality experiences designed specifically for autistic players. Our first game BLINNK and the Vacuum of Space launched on Steam and Viveport in Q1 2023, and is coming to further platforms including Meta Quest and PSVR2 later in 2023. As Project Director I assumed responsibility for production, project management, technical leadership, as well as contributing a lot of code to the final game!

Lead the interactive team within Soluis, managing a team of UI/UX designers and developers, with responsibility for delivering high quality immersive interactive experiences for our clients.
