SWIVT’s previous success with Nepal’s first-ever PSP Summit in 2023 has laid a strong foundation for this event. The PSP Summit brought together over 500 business leaders, founders, students, and pioneering financial leaders from Nepal and India. This summit focused on fostering discussions around FinTech advancements in South East Asia, and featured high-profile speakers such as Mr. Ashneer Grover, former co-founder of BharatPe. The event gained national and international recognition, positioning SWIVT as a leader in organizing high-impact industry events in the region.

As Swivt’s first in-house designer, I established a unified design language and brand identity across digital products. I redesigned financial operations software, cutting task completion time by 50% and boosting user satisfaction for a tech-averse audience. I led the creation of bespoke business intelligence tools and dashboards, saving users 30-60 minutes daily by enhancing data accessibility. Collaborating with product managers and developers, I built prototypes, defined page flows, and tracked user behavior via FullStory, ensuring market-fit solutions. My work streamlined workflows and elevated UX for legacy systems, driving efficiency and adoption.
