RapidCue is an AI-powered sales CRM for outbound teams. It puts AI inside every call a rep makes — before, during, and after — and, with Autopilot, answers calls when no rep is free. What it does

Before the call — a one-page brief on the lead: history, suggested opening, likely objections, battlecard.

During the call — live transcription, sentiment, and real-time suggestions. The rep can ask the AI anything mid-conversation.

After the call — summary, action items, and the CRM updated automatically. Managers see the conversation, not just the outcome.

Autopilot — an AI voice agent that qualifies leads, books appointments, and logs them into the CRM. Describe the agent in plain English and it builds itself. Speaks Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, and English. Launching November 2026.

Underneath: a full CRM with leads, deals, and pipeline, an integrated dialer, WhatsApp and email outreach, a Knowledge Base the AI can draw on, and team dashboards.Who it’s forSales teams of 5–50 reps that make a lot of calls — inside sales, SDR teams, real estate, ed-tech, BFSI, D2C — that have outgrown a basic CRM but don’t want the cost or implementation of Salesforce. Why it’s different

Built calling-first, not pipeline-first. Most CRMs bolt a dialer on; RapidCue starts from the live call.

The voice engine behind Autopilot is built in-house, not rented, which keeps the cost of a minute low.

Indian-language voice is native, not an afterthought.

Fixed per-seat pricing with no implementation fees. Free tier available.

Where it’s atLive and in use by sales teams in the Philippines, selling into Philippine and US companies. India launch next.
