Technical Talent Sourcer

Kittl is an AI-powered graphic design tool.

I was employee number #28, grew it to 120+ before leaving. I was responsible for HR and TA.

Did 3 things at Kittl:
1. Built from scratch the TA function and team to facilitate our headcount growth. Hands on recruiting where needed.
2. Built from scratch the HR function to support the company growth, making sure teams are performant, happy, enabled, and management are doing their job, and the company doesn't burn down :) 
3. Helping c-levels build their orgs, manage teams, make good decisions, and develop company culture

Hiring locally in Germany and multiple global locations through EORs such as Deel and Remote.com.

Was a one man show in the beginning, by the end was managing a team of 3 internal FTEs and 2 externals from RPO.

Head of People & Talent

Was hired to enable post-Series A hyper growth, and then laid off 5 months later when macroeconomic environment soured and investors pulled back. Sadly the startup eventually declared bankruptcy later that year.

ARIVE is a Series A startup in the quick commerce space delivering luxury products to customers. A curated luxury shopping experience connecting customers to their favourite brands, online and offline events, exclusive launches, community building.

I was a People Team Lead, reporting to the CTO. Responsible for Tech Hiring and HRBP duties:  implemented an employee engagement program, company-wide performance management, nurture culture and employee wellbeing, rework and implement efficient People and TA processes.

Hands-on hired a Lead and a Senior PM, an Engineer, and a Lead Designer in the short time I spent there.

People Team Lead (Talent Acquisition) - startup went insolvent

Client facing, recruiting for the ventures we build for our corporate clients.

Focused on executive & tech recruiting, but also involved in HR consulting and strategy, company culture definition, compensation strategy & org structure definition.

Part of the Talent Architecture Cohort, which is the Talent Acquisition and HR Consultancy cohort that defines and executes the talent strategy with our Corporate Partners & Venture Leadership for our early-stage portfolio companies.

Working using Agile methodologies, running regular Sprints using the Scrum framework.

Bootstrapped PropTech. 30 employees. They had no TA function so I built recruiting processes, helped define roles, and hired 6 core team members, including my own replacement.

2. Hortiya
Pre-seed startup, I helped approx 5h a week as a Consultant.
Helped build org chart, hiring plan, define key roles including c-level, and kicked off hiring for key positions that I then handed over to founder.
