Channel Account Manager

Account Manager & Senior Sales Consultant. Selling the company's

portfolio of remote control software and online collaboration software in mid-
size and large accounts. Special focus on new business expanding the

company's customer base. Identifying key decision-makers and technical,
functional and economic needs of customers. Managing communication
with C-level executives on a daily basis. Supporting key accounts in the use
of the solution, up-sells, cross-sells, training, etc. Following up with
customers and increasing sales in existing accounts.
