Talenry: The AI Career Agent that runs your job search for you.
Talenry takes the grind out of the job hunt. It finds jobs that match your profile, tailors your resume and cover letter to each role, submits applications through the applicant tracking systems autonomously, and pitches you directly to hiring managers.
What Talenry does

Smart job matching: Every listing gets a match score based on your real experience, title fit, skills, and seniority, not keyword overlap.

Tailored resumes and cover letters: A fresh, role-specific version for every application, rewritten from your real experience. Talenry never invents employers, skills, or credentials.

Auto-apply that knows when to stop: It submits on its own only when a role is a strong match and it can complete the form confidently. Everything else pauses for your review.

Applies where the jobs are: Works across Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby, iCIMS, SmartRecruiters, Workable, and Jobvite, including multi-page screeners.

Recruiter and hiring manager outreach: Finds the right person and drafts a direct note in your name, so you’re not just another entry in the ATS.

AI mock interviews: Practice against the exact role you applied to and get a per-question scorecard with specific feedback.

E-Verify and visa sponsorship filters: See whether an employer is enrolled in E-Verify before you apply. Essential if your work authorization depends on it.

A board that updates itself: Replies, rejections, and interview invites are read from your inbox and tracked automatically. No spreadsheets.

Built to be trusted
Every application, message, and answer sent in your name is visible to you. Anything that commits you to something waits for your approval, and you can stop the agent at any time.
Pricing
Searching is free forever: the job board, match scores, E-Verify and visa filters, and saved jobs. The agent runs on credits, with a free 7-day trial (no card), then plans from $19/month.Try it for free at talenry.com
