Founder and Fractional CTO of VersusMedia, responsible for both product vision and hands on technical execution. I architected and built the platform across web, mobile, and connected TV, including a 24/7 live streaming channel and on demand system for indie films and music. I lead infrastructure decisions, streaming workflows, and backend development using Django, cloud services, and modern video pipelines. Beyond engineering, I drive monetization strategy, creator tools, and platform growth, while managing hiring, product direction, and partnerships. My role blends deep technical ownership with executive leadership to continuously evolve the platform and scale opportunities for independent creators.
