• Designed and shipped the component library to scale our product while maintaining consistency and visual language.
• Took ownership of an internal tool, "Website Builder", which allowed exporters to have their own personalized websites, up and running in 2 weeks. Using this tool, we shipped websites for 5 exporters in just 2 months.
• Ideated the user flows and prototyped the buyer link flow. This feature enabled exporters to access their catalogs with just a few clicks!
• Conducted audits, and worked on wireframes and user flows for other essential platform features.
• Tried my hands on Webflow for the first time and collaborated on the revamped website.• Explored other facets of design: made the logo animation, designed the company t-shirt, and also worked on some thumbnails, banners, videos, and ad creatives.
• During my stint, our user base grew 7x and expanded to countries like USA, Turkey, and Bangladesh.
