As a project officer, my responsibilities include: - Assisted the Project Delivery Manager in overseeing program activities, including pre-program, in-program, and post-program tasks. - Served as the primary communication point for clients, managing scheduling and ensuring stakeholder attendance at all meetings. - Generated Minutes of Meetings and regular progress reports for clients, summarizing ongoing activities. - Supported project team with specific tasks as requested by the Project Manager. - Managed startup relations for the HUB.ID Global Summit 2024, coordinating with 40+ startups and facilitating administrative processes. - Compiled startup compendiums for VCs and acted as a liaison between startups and Kominfo. - Conducted desk work, including report creation, presentation deck preparation, and development of the event program book.
