Senior Graphic Designer

My main role within the company was to contact clients who have previously been customers with BT and find them affordable upgraded solutions in land line telephone, internet and television needs. Within Spark Response I have also gained experience in other campaigns such as inbound sales, broadband acquisitions and internet conversions. Within this role I was responsible for overcoming objections and offer resolutions to cost cutting options to my customers to save them money as well as gain business for the company. I was also responsible for delivering morning meetings with other advisors and delegate these meetings to ensure the whole team was given relevant business information passed from line managers. This included statistics, call handling time and figures relating to performance.

Regularly handled difficult conversations with claimants, explaining decisions clearly in sensitive circumstances. Managed caseload volume while keeping decisions consistent with DWP policy.

Prepared medical chronologies, indexes, and radiology schedules for case files used in legal and insurance contexts. Cut production time by 30% over five months by improving how records were collated and structured.
