As an Engineering Manager at ClearDATA, a cloud compliance and security solution for healthcare , I led the AWS Engineering Team. My primary responsibility was managing the team that built and maintained the software used to analyze and ensure HIPAA/HITRUST and SOC-2 compliant medical software stacks on AWS.

Managed Agile sprint planning and scrum meetings for three development pods spanning over a dozen products.
