At DS Smith, I successfully revitalized a stalled ERP programme for a 13-country division. This involved reevaluating and redefining the project’s goals, performing a comprehensive gap analysis, and prioritizing key business requirements and objectives. I also implemented team-building activities to boost morale ( from circa 10-90%) and expanded the team’s skill set with crucial additions, including a business analyst, change/communications manager, data analyst, and development lead. My contributions encompassed business analysis, process design workshops, vendor management, replanning, Capex documentation, master data synchronisation, and active involvement at steering committees. I also led project and program governance efforts, overseeing a team of over 20 across multiple countries and engaging in extensive travel to support the project in France, Croatia, Poland, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Serbia, and Germany. These efforts led to successful outcomes and the positive progression of the program towards its objectives.
