Building Avensyn as an independent technology business focused on practical software products and operational systems.

I designed and built student, instructor, and payment-management systems for two karate organizations in Bangladesh. These platforms brought membership records, class administration, payment tracking, and day-to-day organizational workflows into centralized systems.

I also built a digital tournament platform for the IDEAL School & College karate tournament. It combined competitor registration, automated pool generation, tournament management, and live event streaming, supporting both event organizers and remote viewers through one integrated experience.

At Avensyn, I own the complete product lifecycle: understanding operational problems, designing workflows and architecture, building the software, deploying it, and improving it through real-world use.

Star Elevator needed one reliable system to manage operational workflows that had previously been handled separately. I designed and built a centralized platform connecting client records, projects, quotations, inventory, finance, files, and reporting.

The work went beyond implementing screens. I translated real business processes into a cohesive product and owned the engineering end-to-end, from workflow design and data modeling to full-stack development and delivery.

I also introduced AI-assisted workflows that helped staff find operational information and act on it from within the same system. The platform established a unified foundation for managing day-to-day operations with better visibility across the business.

Led full-stack development of an automotive operations platform for a U.S.-based vehicle service business. The product brought lead management, customer and vehicle records, estimates, invoices, payments, scheduling, inventory, communication, and reporting into one connected system.

I designed the workflow around how the business actually operated, connecting the customer journey from initial lead and estimate through job scheduling, service delivery, payment, and reporting.

My responsibilities covered application architecture, frontend and backend development, database design, authentication, real-time features, file storage, and integrations with services such as Stripe and Twilio. The role required balancing product decisions with day-to-day technical leadership and production delivery.
