BOA (Business Opportunity Agent): find companies worth selling to, and know how to start the conversation.boa.datacurve.ioMost outbound fails before the first message is sent. Sales and business development teams either spend hours researching each prospect by hand, or skip the research and send generic emails that get ignored. BOA does that research for you. You tell it what you sell and who your ideal customer is, upload the companies you're considering, and it tells you which ones are worth pursuing, why, who to contact and how to open the conversation.HOW IT WORKS1. Tell BOA what you sellEnter your website and BOA analyzes it to suggest a company profile: description, offerings, value proposition, buyer personas and buying triggers. You review and edit everything before saving. You set this up once, and every search reuses it.2. Choose who to reachDefine your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP): priority and secondary segments, industries, geographies, company size and revenue, required and preferred conditions, exclusions, and competitors to skip.3. Upload your companies and let BOA research themUpload a CSV or Excel file, or import one from Google Drive. Not sure how to format your list? Download the sample CSV/Excel template from the upload step and fill it in. BOA maps your columns automatically (company name, website, industry, location, size, contacts) and keeps the dataset private to your workspace. For every company, BOA gathers public evidence, checks it against your ICP and filters out poor fits and excluded companies.4. Get people and an approachFor each qualified company you get a verdict, the evidence behind it with source links, an opportunity angle explaining why this company may need what you sell, the contact to approach, and editable outreach drafts with tone options.WHAT YOU GET- A focused shortlist of companies, based on your ICP, instead of a long list to sort through- Reasoning behind every verdict, with sources you can check- Opportunity angles tailored to each account- Buyer personas and buying triggers tied to your offerings- Export as CSV or a multi-sheet Excel workbook (opportunities, contacts, outreach angles and sources)WHO IT'S FOR- Founders doing their own outbound- SDRs and BDRs who research accounts before reaching out- Agencies and consultants building prospect lists for clientsWHY BOA IS DIFFERENTLead databases give you names. BOA gives you a reason to talk. It starts from your own offering and ICP, so the research is about fit with what you sell, not generic company data. It also shows its reasoning, so you can see why an account qualified and decide for yourself.WHERE WE AREBOA is in early beta, and we're improving it quickly based on tester feedback. Recent fixes cover CSV column mapping, keeping searches in sync with your profile, company filtering and outreach drafts. We're still working on matching descriptions for companies with many products, ranking results by priority, and the quality of generated outreach text.FEEDBACK WE'D LOVE (about 10 minutes)1. Enter your company's website. Is the suggested profile accurate? What did it get wrong?2. Upload 10 to 20 companies you'd actually consider selling to (you can download the sample CSV/Excel template from the upload step).3. Review the results. Did BOA keep the right companies and drop the wrong ones? Would you actually use the angles and outreach?Brutal honesty is welcome. If something is confusing, broken or not useful, that's exactly what we need to hear.
