I was part of We at work: Young India event organized by International labour organization on their 100th anniversary in association with Josh Talks, I Volunteered for the backstage coordination role.

I can not forget the joy I saw on young kid's face.
It was 25 january , evening - I with InOwnHome and some of my flatmates thought to organize an event to promote the business of In Own Home in that area.
The next we have an huge opportunity -republic day.
But the problem is we haven't prepared about the event and we are not sure why people will join us.
We planned 4 events - 
1 - Introduction and explains about the importance of the day and random quiz from the talk.
2 - 4 sport activity.
3 - Show your talent.
4 - prize and sweets distribution.
I designed pamphlets and we distributed them in societies, the program was organized in a park near the colony.
The event is specially organized for young kids who miss the college function.
Next event goes fir 5 hours.
We did amazing job, we find many kids who did very well.
It was an amazing experience that I would never forget.

I have been using Canva since 2016, and I stumbled upon this app in the play store during my hunt for an all-in-one quote design app.
I used to design quotes and graphics for myself.
When Canva became popular in India, I found a gap between the user and the templates available there. Still, there was no way to contribute to the Canva templates library back then.
As soon as I found this program launched in India, I immediately joined and now creating India-specific templates for you all.

This was my very first experience with creating a CMS-based website. Thanks to Mr. Ankush Kumar, I got the chance to design the website for Hindinama. I had worked with him before as a social media manager and now as a web designer.
I designed www.hindinama.in, learned all about CMS-based web design and successfully launched the website.

It was an Internship program, Where I learned about Marketing, Sales, Copywriting, Social media, WordPress, Landing page Design, and Info Product.

InOwnHome is a startup that solves the problems of renters and landlords.
As an advisor and volunteer, I joined my friends who started it.
In addition to building a sustainable business, I also focused on zero cost marketing.
From designing to hanging the posters on the poles, I did most of the work along with the team.
Zero-budget marketing has taught me that it can be very hard for a startup in the early stages, when you are building your product, to get the first 100 customers.
With InOwnHome, we had to go door to door asking if they were willing to put their rental properties on InOwnHome.
It was a really hectic job. Sometimes we would get to 1 or 2 conversions after a full day of visiting with owners.
We also have to contact potential tenants.
Due to lack of time, we cannot do that either.
I suggested that we could advertise to local vendors.
That would attract more attention.
And we save time because now we only have to visit the person inquiring about our services.
