Reporting to the Group CMO, my objectives were to steer B2C through the 2008 financial crisis, launch and lead a Digital Transformation and, and grow the €330m B2C P&L for Avis and Budget brands in EMEA (118 countries). We delivered 4 EMEA-wide actions: 
•	Roll-out of best-practice and scaling-up of strategic capabilities (e.g. agencies, websites, knowledge)
•	Online Sales improvements: PPC +8%, SEO +15%, Display +46%, and Mobile +330%, websites by 28%.
•	Customer Insights: segmented the Avis customer base and analyses of shares of wallet opportunities
•	Decentralised team leadership: with a focus on 25 European countries and close collaboration with USA
