Results from this type of social welfare analysis depend heavily on assumptions regarding whether and how utility can be added or compared between individuals, as well as philosophical and ethical assumptions about the value to place on different individuals' well-being. These allow the introduction of ideas about fairness, justice, and rights to be incorporated into the analysis of social welfare, but render the exercise of welfare economics an inherently subjective and possibly contentious field.

We a group of 3 peoples from Dept. of CSE, Research and Development Dept. trained a batch of 2019 CRPF Govt. officials about Quantum Cryptography in the field of quantum technologies that how it would help it leapfrog into the next generation of communications and transform the current system of cryptography to post-quantum cryptography, especially with regard to secure military communications. Simply we uses the principles of quantum mechanics to encrypt data and transmit it in a way that cannot be hacked. 

We're grateful and was a proud moment for me to have all the IAS, IPS and CRPF jawans in the same hall talking about the securities our govt. gives to the ARMY overall the Nation.
