The Startup Leadership Program (SLP) is a selective, global, training program and lifelong global network for founders, leaders, and innovators who want to become startup CEOs. 

Classes are held on evenings or weekends. The program began in Boston in 2006 with seven Fellows (participants). 

It has grown to 28 cities in 13 countries. Every year 15-25 Fellows join the program in every city.

Later we pivoted to a career discovery platform in 2022 where candidates can experience without even applying to the company and decide a right career path for themselves.
