Summer Research Intern under the guidance of Dr. Aparjita Khan, working in the domains of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Medical Image Analysis, with a focus on histopathology image segmentation for computational pathology applications.

The research focuses on deep learning-based tissue and cellular structure segmentation, feature extraction from histopathological images, hybrid segmentation architectures, model optimization, and automated analysis of microscopic tissue samples for improved diagnostic support.

The internship provides exposure to advanced AI and Deep Learning research methodologies, medical image processing, segmentation model development and evaluation, research-driven experimentation, scientific documentation, and real-world healthcare AI applications.
