HeyMeetAI is an AI onboarding assistant for B2B SaaS teams. It helps you run onboarding demos, training sessions, and repeat walkthroughs so your team can focus customer growth..HeyMeetAI joins Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams meetings and guides customers through your product live.
How it works
Instead of a team member repeating the same demo again and again, HeyMeetAI runs the session for you.It can:

Present your slide deck during the meeting

Walk through your product step by step, live

Explain each part in simple language

Answer questions during the call

Go back and repeat any part if the user asks

Customers can book a meeting anytime and get help when they need it, not days later.
Key features

Product walkthroughs It can show how your product works step by step. If a customer says "show me that again" or "go back", it does exactly that.

Slide deck presentations HeyMeetAI can present your slides during the meeting and explain each slide clearly. It waits for the user before moving forward.

Live Q&A Customers can ask questions at any time. HeyMeetAI answers using your uploaded docs and product knowledge.

Always available Customers don't need to wait for a human to be free. They can schedule a Zoom, Meet, or Teams call anytime.

Escalation when needed If HeyMeetAI can't answer something, it can notify or hand off to a human instead of guessing.

Automatic follow-ups During the call, HeyMeetAI can:

Create Jira or Linear tickets

Send recap or follow-up emails

Update your CRM

This removes a lot of manual work for your team.
