- Spearheaded and lead the design process of the new Pre-booking car service for the Estonian Taxi app “Forus , after their acquisition of the car rental company Autolevi. The main objective was integrating the service to the existing app, within an MVP scope. For this project, I collaborated closely with the engineers in order to meet the needed requirements of both Material design and Apple s Human Interface. 

Collaborated closely with PM, PO and DEV team, where I did stakeholder management in order to effectively proceed with the designs and communicate the objectives and goals, despite the challenges of scope and role changes. To achieve and reach the goal, the process included: Competitor Analysis, establishing User Flow, Wireframing, UI design and Design System handling and optimization, Prototyping 
and User testing.
