Sondel is an early-access AI support agent for B2B software teams. It is built to answer from help documentation with sources, complete approved support requests, and hand uncertain cases to a person. The intended maintenance workflow checks affected answers after source changes.Supported sources, tasks, connections, and maintenance coverage are confirmed during a reviewed setup before go-live. Request a free private preview for setup and testing. Public checkout, working paid activation, and named native helpdesk connectors are not available today.Planned go-live pricing is USD 299 per month for 1,000 conversations, then USD 0.30 per additional conversation. No permanent free plan.
