I was a client-facing Consulting Product Manager. My team built analytics-driven software prototypes to assist clients in quickly determining the feasibility of a product solution before they decided to take the risk of allocating full product development resources. This meant I was essentially the "CEO" or "GM" of multiple in-flight rapid prototypes at a time. The average proof-of-concept was anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months. The prototype could range from simply delivering figma wireframes all the way to a full data engineering, data analytics, data visualization, user experience, and QA effort. I mostly focused on analytics product POCs, but we also delivered more traditional product workflow solutions. 

Skills included: product strategy, traditional product management/product owner tasks, user experience design, data strategy, product demos, and other business development support.
