Hi everyone! 👋I’m building Pravodha, a new knowledge platform for growing teams. Pravodha turns the valuable conversations already happening in Slack, Microsoft Teams, and emails into a searchable, attributed knowledge base for your organization.Every day, your most experienced people explain decisions, walk colleagues through processes, and share hard-won lessons in Slack or Teams channels. Then the thread scrolls away, and the next person who needs the answer has to ask all over again. Pravodha helps your team keep what it already knows, without asking anyone to write documentation.HOW IT WORKSCapture in a few clicks. When a channel conversation is worth keeping, a team member captures it in a few clicks. AI helps structure what is captured so it is easy to find later.Credit for contributors. Every captured contribution is attributed to the person who shared it, so knowledge always comes with a name.Validated by peers. Colleagues like and bookmark the contributions that helped them. Your team, not an algorithm, decides what is valuable, and useful expertise becomes visible over time.Find answers fast. Search your team's captured knowledge instead of scrolling through old threads or interrupting a colleague.Hop over to 👉 https://pravodha.com/ and sign up for a free trial! We’d love to hear what works, what doesn’t, and what you’d want in a space like this. Feel free to reply here with thoughts or give your feedback directly on the platform. Thanks so much! Looking forward to building something better, together!

system project, and identification of an optimal pricing and revenue stream. It would then serve as a basis for the comparison of a solar PV unit using the tool developed as part of our project, with the cost of a conventional project.

Our objective was to make a fair estimate of the market value of 100.00% of SABMiller Plc as
part of our course, Company Valuation. SABMiller is one of the world's leading brewers with
more than 200 beer brands and some 70,000 employees in over 75 countries across Africa,
Asia, Australia, Europe, North America and South America.
Two separate methods were utilized for the valuation of SABMiller plc. First method utilized is
discounted cash flow (DCF), taking the projected cash flows over the future years, growing them
as perpetuity after 2018, and then discounting the amount back to present value using weighted
average cost of capital (WACC). The second method used relative valuation, which involved
taking similar companies and comparing the ratio of key measures, such as revenues and
EBITDA.

The International Business Ethics Case Competition is the premier international competition of its kind. It is essentially a "business presentation" competition and the team has to illuminate the financial, legal and ethical dimensions of a selected problem, and to recommend a solution (or analyze how a corporation handled a situation).

The Business for a Better World Case Competition is a partnership between Corporate Knights, the company for clean capitalism, and the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto.

The competition required student teams to apply 12 of the most widely disclosed and tracked sustainability indicators to a specific case, making the contest unique among the world’s responsible business competitions.
We were challenged to identify priority social, environmental and governance metrics for the case company and improve its performance (relative to industry peers) on the Global 100 Most Sustainable Corporations in the World, an annual benchmark ranking that has been produced by Corporate Knights since 2005.
