Susten plans your week of meals and writes your shopping list.Tell it your goals, your diet and allergies, and who you cook for. It picks a week of breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks that fit. Calorie and macro targets are optional: without them, you pick your own portion size. Each person you add gets their own portion, and shared meals leave out what anyone eating them avoids. Then Susten writes one shopping list for the whole week. It matches every ingredient to a real Tesco or Sainsbury's product, in the right size, with its current price. You add them to your basket by hand, which takes about three minutes. Ocado is coming soon.Swap any meal you don't fancy, and the plan stays on target. It's free while we build it, and you don't need a card. Start at susten.app.
