The Routing Core: Engineered a deterministic telecom gateway in Go (Golang), utilizing Goroutines to manage 100k+ concurrent WebSockets for a sub-300ms audio pipeline.

Distributed Systems: Designed an event-driven microservices backbone using Apache Kafka to absorb massive concurrent call payloads and asynchronously route real-time CRM data.

Enterprise Infrastructure: Built multi-tenant SaaS architecture featuring BYOT (Bring Your Own Telecom) SIP trunking, Stripe billing engines, and strict data isolation via PostgreSQL.
