Building Tailwrite: cold emails that sound like you actually did the research.

Chris Watson • Peerlist

Tailwrite is for salespeople who are tired of being ignored. Most cold emails fail in the first line because they prove the sender didn't look. Tailwrite does the research step for you: paste a prospect's company website or public LinkedIn profile plus one line about what you sell. It reads the site and recent news, keeps concrete facts like launches, customer counts and announcements, and filters out page code and tracking junk. Then it writes a short 3-paragraph email with a fact-based subject line and 3 tailor-made openers, signed with your name and free of filler words like "boost" and "streamline." For example, for Gong it opened with their Mission Callisto launch. 5 emails are free with no card, then $19/mo.
