🚀 Excited to launch TinyFoots on Peerlist! Most custom apparel platforms treat customers like professional graphic designers — throwing them into complicated canvas editors with layers, bleeds, DPIs, and transparent PNG requirements. For a parent or grandparent trying to make a 1st birthday t-shirt on their phone in 2 minutes, that's an immediate drop-off.We built TinyFoots to turn the process upside down:✨ Upload a photo or pick a theme ➔ Instant print-ready photorealistic apparel.🛠️ Under the hood:• Rails 8 + Hotwire + Tailwind CSS• Zero-Redis architecture using Solid Queue, Solid Cache & Solid Cable• PostgreSQL + pgvector for semantic prompt & design discovery• Custom warmed Python daemon (ONNX + C++ OpenCV) for sub-second kid portrait segmentation• Contrast-adaptive rendering for light & dark garments• Deployed with Kamal on bare compute with Puma & ThrusterCheck it out and let me know your thoughts on the UX and architecture! 👇https://tinyfoots.shop#buildinpublic #ruby #rails #ai #webdev #indiehackers
