Since the age of 24 I have donated at least five hours of my time every week to inspiring businesses and organisations of all shapes and sizes to connect more closely with their customer communities. As a constant source of inspiration and ideas I have helped individuals achieve their aspirations, and firms to overachieve and exceed their clients' expectations. Put simply, I give 110% every time I'm on a call with anyone seeking help in the business arena. I have chaired thousands of mastermind groups virtually and consider the process I follow a well oiled machine of motivation and strategies for success. I have formalised my volunteering in recent years by giving time and expertise through Media Trust.
