Since the age of 24 I have donated at least five hours of my time every week to inspiring businesses and organisations of all shapes and sizes to connect more closely with their customer communities.

As a constant source of inspiration and ideas I have helped individuals achieve their aspirations, and firms to overachieve and exceed their clients' expectations.

Put simply, I give 110% every time I'm on a call with anyone seeking help in the business arena. I have chaired thousands of mastermind groups virtually and consider the process I follow a well oiled machine of motivation and strategies for success.

I have formalised my volunteering in recent years by giving time and expertise through Media Trust.

Universities are complex creations and Manchester Met was no exception. I consulted with internal and external stakeholders to build an omnichannel content strategy to power Manchester Met's new website (coming early in 2020). It all started with a qualitative content audit of more than 7,000 web pages. Since then I've been hurled headlong into competitor analysis, domain and content modelling, user needs development and workflow and governance mapping.

This project is off-the-scale. Manchester Met is one of the UK's largest universities, with five huge faculties and even greater ambitions.

It's exciting, challenging, rewarding and inspiring. And every day we get closer to building truly industry-leading digital experiences.
  
This is my third contract with Manchester Met. Previous contracts saw me:

Develop and design a website for the University's new Information Systems and Digital Services team (ISDS), featuring an extensive online helpdesk easily searchable and highly targeted 

Organisational lead responsible for revolutionising this national health charity's digital strategy and online presence.

I'm redeveloping Inspiringhealthylifestyles.org so it's a vastly more social and engaging experience in a B2B and B2C context, and launching a best-of-class social strategy leveraging the considerable talents of the Inspiring healthy lifestyles team and bringing to the fore a division of social guardians across the organisation.

Or to put it another way, we're building the future.

In 2015 I delivered a brand new asset for the Trust: WLCTv. This is a video series that brings the Trust's mission to life. I came up with the concept and created the first episode.
