A collaborative workspace designed for seamless interaction between humans and AI agents.

Shared Workspace: Provides a unified environment where all team members and AI agents can access and contribute to ongoing work, ensuring everyone is aware of the current status and progress.

Goal-Oriented Workflow: Initiate projects with a clear goal, allowing AI agents to take ownership of implementation, review changes, and adapt to evolving plans based on human decisions.

Centralized Work History: Campfire meticulously records all work, decisions, and results in one accessible place. This history includes who performed actions, which agent session they originated from, and the decisions that shaped the outcome, eliminating the need to reconstruct events from disparate sources.

Agent Integration: Compatible with existing AI tools such as Codex, Claude Code, and OpenCode, as well as custom agents. Campfire acts as a central hub, facilitating the sharing of goals, context, decisions, and results without replacing the agents themselves.

Session Persistence: Work does not disappear when an agent session ends. Campfire retains the team's objectives, actions taken, decisions made, and remaining tasks, providing a continuous workflow for subsequent agents.

Capability Management: Define specific access controls for agents, granting them necessary permissions within the workspace while maintaining clear boundaries and security. This ensures agents have useful access without compromising the entire environment.

Transparent Decision Making: Human involvement is integral. The platform allows for open decision-making processes, ensuring that changes to the plan are visible and recorded, contributing to a clear and traceable work history.

Simplified Setup: Begin by creating a workspace, adding participants (humans and agents), and defining a goal. Campfire manages the underlying shared state, removing the complexity of designing intricate multi-agent orchestration graphs.

Campfire is built by Boring Infra Co. and offers a robust solution for teams looking to enhance collaboration and efficiency when working with AI agents.

AI coding work shouldn't belong to the agent that did it.Harnie is a harness-independent work state layer for coding agents. It reads sessions from tools like Pi, OpenCode, and Codex, turns what happened into durable work state, and lets that state move with you.Start something in Pi. Pick it up in Codex. Inspect what happened later. Harnie keeps the goal, decisions, findings, artifacts, next steps, and provenance without requiring the original harness to still be in the loop.Harnie sits alongside the tools you already use. It doesn't modify their sessions or require a hosted control plane. Observed events and derived state live locally in SQLite, and continuation handoffs are plain Markdown. The important part is provenance: Harnie doesn't just generate a summary and call it memory. Derived claims remain traceable to the source events they came from. The workflow is intentionally small: import a session, inspect the resulting work state and provenance, then hand it off when you want to continue somewhere else.Harnie is built by Boring Infra Co. around a simple idea:Agents come and go. Good work stays.

Pico, Security for coding agents
Coding agents have access to more than we realize. Pico shows you what that access can become.Pico is a security tool for understanding how untrusted influence can reach consequential authority through coding agents. It discovers the agents, MCP servers, tools, permissions, credential references, and provider connections already present in your environment. Then it connects them into a security graph and looks for paths where something untrusted can influence an agent that has the authority to do something consequential. The goal isn't another list of configuration warnings. Pico shows you the path.A finding explains what can influence the agent, what the agent can reach, the evidence supporting that relationship, which boundaries are actually enforced, and where the path can be cut.Pico does this in three steps:Discover → Connect → ExplainDiscover what exists. Connect what can reach what. Explain the dangerous paths with evidence.Everything happens locally and read-only. Pico doesn't modify the environment it's inspecting, doesn't require an account or hosted control plane, and doesn't persist secrets. Observations and the resulting security graph live in a local SQLite database.Unknown relationships stay UNKNOWN rather than being guessed into existence.Getting started is intentionally small: install Pico, run pico init, then pico scan.Pico is built by Boring Infra Co. around a simple idea:Don't just ask what your agent can access. Understand what that access makes possible.

Combie is the open engineering context layer for your stack.Connect GitHub, Vercel, Cloudflare, Sentry, Neon, and PlanetScale once, and Combie builds a shared understanding of your engineering stack what exists, how resources relate, what changed, and what happened before.Combie gives engineers and AI coding agents the context they need to understand the systems they're working with instead of starting from scratch every time.

Connect your engineering stack. Bring context from your tools into one local layer.

Understand relationships. See how repositories, deployments, domains, projects, and infrastructure connect, backed by real evidence and provenance.

Get task sized context. Give engineers and agents the relevant context for change reviews, dependency analysis, investigations, and other engineering work.

Build operational memory. Preserve investigations, recommendations, decisions, actions, outcomes, and the evidence behind them.

Recall what happened before. Find similar past incidents and understand what was tried, what was decided, and what actually happened.

Use it from anywhere. Access Combie through the CLI or read only MCP from tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex.

Combie keeps engineers and agents working from the same context.

Rivora is an infra-native AGI that watches your systems, explains what’s breaking, and proposes safe fixes. It connects to your existing stack and correlates logs, metrics, traces, and incidents into a live narrative of what’s happening in production. No dashboards. No noisy alerts. No auto-actions unless you allow them. Just clarity, confidence, and control when it matters most.
