Helped the Swedish micro mobility brand establish their products and services on the German market. I supported the team through direct sales, event coordination (the highlight was representing Vässla at the first Munich based IAA Mobility in 2021) and project management.

Project Assistant

With my amazing co-founders I had the pleasure to start my first own business - A SaaS solution to help companies better manage their hybrid workforce. I mostly worked on improving our product's design and usability and getting customer feedback on how to make flace even better. Ultimately we didn't manage to get the solution developed, but I highly appreciated the learnings and the time spent working on the project.

I participated in the founding process of the company including writing the first business plan and developing the first pitch decks. Furthermore, I supported the founding team in the product definition and development as well as contributed to the first steps in online and social media marketing.

Marketing Manager

Our team was working on various market opportunities and developed new product concepts. We conducted in-depth market and competitor analysis in order to successfully position and develop our product portfolio and ensure future competitiveness. I led various projects for the optimization and expansion of product portfolio.

Product & Strategy Management

Our team influenced the product developmemt process for future BEV projects using insights from market and competitor analysis, in order to perfectly position and price highly innovative and emotional products that are tailored to the customer‘s expectations and requirements.

Product Marketing Electric Vehicles

I spent 3 months in the Business Development team, where we focused on Partner Management as well as Sales operations in oder to acquire new high-performing partners. The other 3 months were spent in the Online Marketing team, where we used multiple SEA tools to improve traffic quality and profitability.
