At Hexmount, a digital services studio delivering full-stack products across web, mobile, and AI, I’ve worn multiple hats—from founder to technical lead. I led the full lifecycle of both internal and client-facing product development, from ideation and architecture to hiring, execution, and launch. Over the past 6+ years, I’ve built and scaled high-performing engineering teams across frontend, backend, DevOps, and blockchain; driven product vision and roadmap; and delivered successful outcomes across diverse industries. I’ve worked hands-on and at the helm—designing scalable systems, refining user experiences, and ensuring projects hit deadlines and KPIs. I’ve helped early-stage startups translate ideas into working MVPs and guided them through iterations that supported growth, traction, and fundraising milestones.

Co-Founder

I joined Asset Reality as the first engineer, helping take the company from early concept to a production-ready platform. For the first year, I was deeply involved in full-stack development — building core features, designing scalable architecture, and rapidly iterating to get the product off the ground. I worked closely with the CTO from the start, translating initial requirements into deliverables and making critical decisions across the stack. To accelerate progress, I brought in my team from Hexmount in the early phase and later helped onboard new internal hires, focusing on team fit and technical ramp-up. I personally guided each new engineer through our codebase, development practices, and deployment pipelines, ensuring they were productive from day one. My primary focus was leading all blockchain-related initiatives across the company. I helped the team navigate the complexity of digital assets — from custody solutions and transaction monitoring to chain-specific infrastructure
